We are pleased to present an innovative change of use for a building that originally housed 14 apartments, transforming it into a cozy 2-star city hotel. This new establishment features 19 rooms, with a total capacity of 40 guests.

Highlighted Facilities:

– Rooftop Pool: An impressive pool located on the top floor, complemented by a chillout bar area, provides an ideal space for relaxation and leisure.
Structural Reinforcement: The building’s structure has been reinforced by encasing all iron pillars to ensure the safety and stability of the rooftop pool.
– Energy Efficiency: The hotel is equipped with solar panel installations, contributing to sustainability and reducing energy consumption.
– General Amenities: The hotel includes a reception, café, restaurant, and a room adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PRM). Additionally, it features an elevator that facilitates access to all areas of the building.
– Parking Area: A separate private parking area has been designated for the convenience of guests.

The 19 rooms are designed with a focus on comfort and style. Each room is equipped with:
